Over the course of 12 weeks we traverse a wellness journey that looks at the whole you. We work out what has caused your illness and devise a plan that brings you back to health. After our initial 1-2-1 sessions we open the Maximum Wellness H4 programme. Each week we build on aspects of your health, implement strategies and acheive the results. Week on week we become healthier, more vital, more capable and more able to cope with the outward demands placed on us. Your bespoke medicine and follow up sessions adapt to your health, while the programmes, live sessions and lessons keep you on the right pathway. They are fun, engaging and super easy to follow.
